各位前輩您們好:

想請問前輩知不知道Olivier-bajard 學校的入學條件??
想在法國學一年的烘焙,之前有看到前輩們推薦此間學校,想請問前輩們此間學校有招長期的學生,時間是多久,學費是多少?有年齡的限制嗎??因有上此間學校的網站看太不懂,找不到上課時間,學費.....問題??

Short training practical Information

Class schedule :

Monday :       From 8 am to 12 noon and from 1 to 5 pm
Tuesday :      From 8 am to 12 noon and from 1 to 5 pm

Meals

During training, the school offers you breakfast starting at 7h30 am.
Lunch break is not included.
At lunch time, if you want to stay on site for eating, you have a room at your disposal during the whole training.
Other facilities and restaurants are nearby. Lunch break is from 12 noon to 1 pm.

Accommodation

Because it’s important for us that you feel right at home, the school proposes rooms with the CFA BTP of Perpignan to students. These accommodations are next to the school for a preferred rate of 13 per day per person (subject to change).
Rooms are equipped with bed, shower, toilet, desk and cupboard. Upkeep and bed linen are included in the price.
Also, you can have dinner from Monday to Thursday for 7 .

Otherwise, the school can give you an address list to find hotels, rooms or flats for rent nearby the school.


Resident card- Visa

If you are a foreigner, you don’t need a visa for a stay of less than 3 months. All you need is a passport valid for at least six months.
If you stay for more than six months or if you work for more than three months, you need to be registered with the embassy or consulate of your country.
For the 20 week program, we recommend that you obtain a long term guest visa (visa « visiteur longue durée ») from the French Embassy/Consulate in your country.

Upon receiving the enrolment form, the school will send you an enrolment confirmation and an attestation that will allow you to obtain a visa from the French Embassy or Consulate.


French Courses

It is strongly recommended that you have some basic knowledge of French or English.
If desired, you can take advantage of your stay to learn French. At your request, the school can give you information and a list of addresses.

Professional uniform

The training fee includes professional uniforms as follows:

3 chef jackets with your name embroidered, 2 pants, 1 polyurethane apron, 2 aprons, a USB key and a toolkit
We invite you to send the completed uniform form at the same time as your application form.
Since professional shoes are not included, you have to bring them with you.
All students are to wear the professional uniform during training classes.

- The completed and signed enrolment file.

Step 2 : Confirmation of enrolment

The school will acknowledge receipt of your enrolment if the above conditions have been filled.
You’ll receive promptly the cost quote, the training agreement, the program of the chosen training as well as a receipt for payment of the deposit or of the whole program cost.

Step 3 : Payment of the outstanding balance

If you enrol less than 30 days before class starts, the total program cost is due upon enrolment or the first day of class

N.B: Depending on availability, the School may accept late reservations.


L’école Internationale de Pâtisserie Olivier BAJARD is an instruction business registered with the Préfet of the Région Languedoc-Roussillon.

General Terms of Sales

General clause:

Enrolment in one or several trainings implies that you accept the present conditions and that you respect the rules of the École Internationale de Pâtisserie Olivier BAJARD (available on request). Therefore, no conflicting, additional or modified clause can be set against the school unless the school has expressly agreed to it.

Object :

L’Ecole Internationale de Pâtisserie Olivier BAJARD will organize the trainings on its premises.
The content, the form, the fees as well as the planning of these trainings are deemed in force from the time of enrolment.
The present general conditions, the enrolment file, the training agreement signed by both parties, the chosen training program and the fee constitute the contract between the trainee and the school.

Objectives of the trainings:

To allow each trainee according to his/her level and background to improve in the craft of pastry-chocolate-ice cream maker so as to deepen his/her knowledge in order to acquire a high level of qualification.

At the end of the training, a diploma or certificate from the Ecole Internationale de Pâtisserie Olivier BAJARD will be delivered to the trainees

For whom?

The courses are intended for persons residing both in France and abroad.
Applicants should be older, or be accompanied by a guardian
The program is especially adapted to beginners and/or to pastry, confectionery, chocolate, ice cream, bakery, catering and cooking professionals.

Requirements regarding a stay on French territory.

Persons who are not French nationals must be up to date and in order regarding the French immigration rules.
If you are not a French national, you don’t need a visa for a stay of less than 3 months. All you need is a passport valid for at least six months.
If you stay for more than six months or if you work for more than three months, you will have to register with the authorities of your country.
For the 20 week program, we recommend that you to obtain a long term guest visa (visa « visiteur longue durée ») from the French Embassy/Consulate in your country.
Upon receiving the enrolment form, the school will send you an enrolment confirmation and an attestation that will allow you to obtain a visa.
The applicant commits himself/herself to be in possession of all the necessary authorizations for the duration of the program upon his/her arrival in France.

Requirements regarding responsibility and insurance

The trainee is solely responsible for corporal and/or material damages caused by him/her within the context of the training in the school. Therefore, each trainee must be in possession of an insurance policy that covers damages done to him or caused by him.
Under no circumstances can the School be held responsible for damages or for loss of personal objects brought by trainees.

Intellectual and industrial copyrights

The school retains the possibility to use trainees’ pictures for pedagogy materials or to illustrate programs and booklets.
The applicant commits himself/herself, during and after his/her training, not to use the name « BAJARD » or « Olivier BAJARD » as trademark, corporate name, sign, or any other use for any product or service, without any limit of time or geography.

During the course of the training

In order to ensure an effective training, the class size is limited to 12 participants.
The teaching will be in French and/or in English. According to availability, an assistant will help translating into Japanese. It is recommended that trainees have some basic knowledge of French or English.
The School obligation regarding its training is an obligation of means, not an obligation of result.

Training method

Study of theory and technique, with pedagogical supports especially conceived for each program.
Commercial analysis and price study.
Course demonstration and explanation by the instructor.
Organization, mise en place (setting up), and complete realization of the products by trainees, individually or in groups.
Synthesis of the methods that were applied and of the products that were created.
Presentation and tasting.

Confirmation of reservation will be done after payment of the deposit.

更正一下,英文版的對象應是英語系國家如英美等國,所以三個月內免簽證!
但是我們就一定要了!!
