即將去Poitiers的新人
大家好
我是即將要去 Poitiers做交換學生的同學(為期半年)
交換的學校是ESCEM
希望可以跟大家做個朋友!!
想順便請問一下
在Poitiers -13 Boulevard du Pont Achard這個地方(車站前)
租金315euro算貴嗎?
furnished room (bed + small desk + wardrobe + chair + blanket + pillow),
private bathroom with a shower & WC (no towels furnished)
There is no bed linen in the room. You can rent sheets for 2 euros/day.
Internet access possible (to be paid separately – 10 euros/month)
big furnished kitchen to be shared with other international students (there are several fridges in the kitchen – 2 sinks – cupboards – 2 microwaves, 1 oven –crockery furnished)
Vacuum cleaner, washing machine (3 euros for 10 kg with a tocken on sale in the building), iron & iron table to be shared with other students
A housekeeper comes regularly, but students are requested to keep common areas as clean as possible.
另外:聽說如果只待一學期申請不到house benefit嗎?可是好像又有聽說過可以申請的案例?
